It is held in motion — tension contained within structure, opposites sustained without collapse. The Tai Chi Pendant is shaped around that principle: equilibrium not as decoration, but as architecture.
At the center lies a 30mm disc of natural meteoritic iron, forming the structural base of the piece. Its surface retains the density and quiet texture characteristic of material shaped beyond the earth. Rather than polished to high brilliance, it preserves a restrained finish — matte, grounded, substantial.
Embedded within this foundation is the Tai Chi (Yin–Yang) diagram, accompanied by the surrounding Bagua configuration. The symbol is not treated as ornament, but as geometry. The circular division expresses polarity held in continuity — dark within light, light within dark — while the Bagua extends that dynamic outward into directional order. Together, they establish movement contained within form.
Complementing the meteoritic iron are elements of stone meteorite, olivine, and steel. The stone meteorite introduces mineral variation and structural contrast. Olivine, often formed in extraterrestrial conditions, brings subtle translucency and tonal depth. Steel components reinforce the framework, ensuring stability and precision in construction. Each material contributes density and function rather than excess detail.
