Shipping Policy
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We ship to most countries and regions worldwide.
Due to shipping restrictions, we currently do not ship to the following countries and regions:
- Bahamas
- Yemen
- Cuba
- Iran
- Sudan
- Syria
Shipping availability may vary for remote areas, islands, P.O. boxes, military addresses, and other special delivery locations. Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure whether delivery is available to your area.
Shipping fees and free shipping eligibility
Shipping fees and free shipping eligibility depend on your shipping destination and your paid product subtotal after discounts.
The shipping threshold is calculated based on the paid product subtotal after discounts. Taxes, shipping fees, duties, VAT, customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, and gift cards are not included when calculating the shipping threshold.
United States shipping
For orders shipping to the United States:
- Orders below $150 ship via YunExpress. Shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 7–10 business days.
- Orders from $150 to $299.99 qualify for free YunExpress shipping. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 7–10 business days.
- Orders of $300 or more qualify for free FedEx shipping. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5–7 business days.
European shipping
For orders shipping to Europe:
- All European orders are shipped via FedEx.
- Orders below $300 do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5–7 business days.
- Orders of $300 or more qualify for free FedEx shipping. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5–7 business days.
- The $150–$299.99 YunExpress free shipping tier does not apply to European destinations.
Other international destinations
For countries and regions outside the United States and Europe, available shipping options, shipping fees, and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout when delivery is available. Delivery availability and carrier service may vary by destination.
Order preparation time
Most orders are prepared within 3–7 business days after the order is placed.
Bracelet orders may require around 10 business days of preparation before dispatch.
Preparation time is separate from delivery time. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been prepared and dispatched. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
The total estimated delivery time is:

Estimated shipping time after dispatch:
- United States, YunExpress: 7–10 business days
- United States, FedEx: 5–7 business days
- Europe, FedEx: 5–7 business days
Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, holidays, weather, remote-area service limitations, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking information
You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier system after the package is dispatched.
Duties, VAT, customs fees, and import taxes
International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
If a package is delayed due to customs inspection or unpaid duties, VAT, customs fees, or import taxes, the delay is outside our control.
What if the package does not arrive?
If your package has not arrived within 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at service@buddhatrace.com.
We will help investigate the shipment with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Please note that additional fees or delays may apply if a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal to pay duties or taxes, or failure to collect the package from the carrier or customs office.
