Shipping Policy

International Shipping

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide.

We currently do not ship to the following countries and regions: Afghanistan, Bahamas, Belarus, China (mainland), Cuba, Hong Kong SAR, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon, Libya, Macao SAR, Palestinian Territories, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, or Yemen. North Korea, Bouvet Island, and Heard & McDonald Islands are also unavailable in our checkout.

Shipping availability may vary for remote areas, islands, P.O. boxes, military addresses, and other special delivery locations. Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure whether delivery is available to your area.

Shipping Fees and Free Shipping Eligibility

Shipping fees and free shipping eligibility depend on your destination and the paid product subtotal after discounts.

Taxes, shipping fees, duties, VAT, customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, and gift cards are excluded when calculating the free shipping threshold.

All shipping fees and thresholds below are stated in US dollars.

United States Shipping

  • Orders below US$150: US$23 flat shipping fee per order via YunExpress. Estimated transit time: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Orders from US$150 to US$299.99: Free YunExpress shipping. Estimated transit time: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Orders of US$300 or more: Free FedEx shipping. Estimated transit time: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping to Germany and France

  • Orders below US$300: US$23 flat shipping fee per order via YunExpress. Estimated transit time: approximately 7–10 calendar days after dispatch.
  • Orders of US$300 or more: Free FedEx shipping. Estimated transit time: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

The US$150–US$299.99 free YunExpress shipping tier applies only to United States orders, not to Germany or France.

Other International Destinations

Standard international shipping to other supported destinations, including Russia and Taiwan, is US$23 per order. This rate applies to destinations other than the United States, Germany, France, and Singapore, which have separate shipping rules. Delivery availability and carrier service may vary by destination.

Order Preparation Time

Most orders are prepared within 3–7 business days after the order is placed. Bracelet orders may require around 10 business days of preparation before dispatch.

Preparation time is separate from transit time. Transit estimates begin after your order has been prepared and dispatched.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Calendar days include weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Arrival Time

Total estimated arrival time consists of order preparation time plus transit time after dispatch.

Transit estimates are:

  • United States via YunExpress: 7–10 business days
  • United States via FedEx: 5–7 business days
  • Germany and France via YunExpress: approximately 7–10 calendar days
  • Germany and France via FedEx: 5–7 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, remote-area service limitations, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier’s system after dispatch.

Duties, VAT, Customs Fees, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Delays caused by customs inspections or unpaid duties, VAT, customs fees, or import taxes are outside our control.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within 60 days after shipment, please contact service@buddhatrace.com.

We will help investigate the shipment with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Additional fees or delays may apply if a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal to pay duties or taxes, or failure to collect the package from the carrier or customs office.
